What it does
The Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce oversees around 20 agencies that between them hold Jamaica's principal business registers, and its site is the routing layer across them. It links the Jamaica Business Gateway for business services, the Jamaica Single Window for Trade known as JSWIFT, the Jamaica Trade Information Portal, and Export Jamaica, and points to agency systems including company registration at the Companies Office, intellectual property applications at JIPO, cannabis licensing at the Cannabis Licensing Authority and standards certification at the Bureau of Standards Jamaica.
