ASYCUDA World (Jamaica Customs)

ASYCUDA World is the web-based portal the Jamaica Customs Agency uses for paperless customs declaration processing, online payments, and declaration tracking, part of a wider push to make the agency's operations paperless and to give traders real-time feedback on clearance status. Registration and access are managed through jca.gov.jm.

ASYCUDA itself is a UNCTAD-developed system deployed in over 80 countries, not built specifically for Jamaica, but the Jamaica Customs Agency's implementation and e-services registration process are specific to Jamaican importers/exporters and trade operators, so it is included as a Jamaica-targeted government e-service rather than a Jamaican-built product.
