Judas is an open source security tool written in Go by Jonathan Cooper, a Jamaican developer. It is a pluggable phishing proxy: pointed at a target website by command line flags it clones that site on the fly, sitting between a test victim and the real page so that credentials and behaviour can be captured during an authorised exercise.
It is built for red team phishing simulations, where a security team tests whether staff can be fooled by a lookalike site, and it can be extended with Go plugins and made to inject arbitrary JavaScript into the proxied page. The documentation is explicit that it is meant for legitimate testing.
