Flatlytics

Flatlytics is a privacy-first alternative to Google Analytics: a small snippet counts visitors with no cookies, no local storage and no cross-site identifier, and visitor IP addresses are never kept, so nobody is followed across sites. Events are validated and enriched at the edge, and once an event is accepted it is held and retried until it lands even through a brief backend hiccup, so a blip does not quietly leave holes in the data, and the retry logic is safe to repeat so nothing is double-counted.

On top of a fixed per-site overview sits a real drag-and-resize dashboard builder, where a user composes their own views from metrics, dimensions and filters, each validated the same way on the client and server so the interface cannot build a query the backend will not answer. The tracker is deliberately tiny, about 1.8KB, and size-budgeted on every build.

Flatlytics is live and verified in production. A weekly-digest email feature exists as working code but is not committed or shipped yet, and the design system is mid-migration toward a newer colour model.
