What it does
GOJEP is the Government of Jamaica's electronic procurement platform, running on the e-PPS eTendering system, and it handles the full tendering lifecycle for both buyers and suppliers. Suppliers register an organisation account, search published competitions, and submit bids electronically, with user manuals and guidance published on the site.
The platform's public side needs no account: anyone can browse current competition listings and the latest notices, run an advanced search of the competition registry, review contract award notices, and consult procurement statistics, the governing legislation, annual procurement plans and the lists of registered suppliers by category.
Behind the tendering front end the system covers bid evaluation, contract award, catalogue management, electronic purchase orders and invoicing, and is used for procuring works, services and supplies of any value. Access and registration are free.
