What it does
JUTC SmartFare is the Jamaica Urban Transit Company's companion app for its cashless SmartFare payment system, used on JUTC buses across the Kingston Metropolitan Transport Region, Spanish Town and Portmore. Riders use it to manage their SmartFare account and balance instead of paying cash on board.
JUTC is the government-owned statutory body operating urban bus service in the greater Kingston area. The app is listed on Google Play under the developer name Jamaica Urban Transit Company; there is no separate iOS listing.
