YaadBooks is a business software suite for Jamaican companies covering point of sale, invoicing and quotations, payroll and HR, inventory and accounting, described on the site as built by a diaspora led team. Jamaican General Consumption Tax and payroll taxes are handled in the product rather than as an add on, and the interactive product preview prices sample goods in Jamaican dollars with GCT applied at 15 percent.

The point of sale runs in tablet, phone and desktop browsers with a product grid, sessions, returns and day close, and receipts printed or emailed. Invoicing covers recurring invoices and reminders, credit notes and statements with GCT fields. Payroll applies NIS, NHT, Education Tax, PAYE and HEART deductions and produces payslips, payroll records, attendance and leave records. Inventory tracks stock quantities, transfers, counts and low stock alerts with automatic deduction from sales, and the accounting module produces profit and loss, balance sheet and expense reports. An AI assistant answers questions against the company's own records on eligible plans.

Pricing is published in United States dollars, with unlimited users per business. At time of research the site advertised a one time promotional payment of 1.99 United States dollars for either plan through 31 December 2026, after which Complete is listed at 24.99 dollars a month and Complete Plus at 39.99 dollars a month. A separate preview environment at preview.yaadbooks.com runs on sample data and states that interactions create no real records.
