Soundial Payroll

Soundial Payroll is a payroll platform built for Jamaican employers by Soundial AI Limited. It calculates PAYE, NIS, NHT and Education Tax to current Jamaican rates and thresholds on every pay run, produces itemised payslips showing gross, each deduction and net pay, and emails them to staff. Weekly, fortnightly, bi weekly and monthly cycles are supported, with overtime, commission, bonuses and loan deductions handled in the pay run.

Time and attendance is part of the same system, so approved hours from biometric clocking and departmental timesheets feed directly into pay. An employee self service app lets staff view and download their own payslips and year to date figures. Statutory totals for Tax Administration Jamaica and NIS are summarised to support monthly and annual returns.

Payroll is one module in a wider Soundial product line that also covers time and attendance, fleet, fuel, computerised maintenance management, IT services, water systems and custom software. Pricing is not published and is quoted per team size and modules after a demo.
