What it does
Samelogic is an agile customer-feedback and experimentation platform founded by Dwayne Samuels, an entrepreneur from Mandeville, Jamaica. Users record a question and publish a link; respondents answer with a short video or voice note instead of typing, and the platform runs "just-in-time" microsurveys and fake-door/painted-door concept tests so product teams can validate ideas with real user reactions, including emotion analysis from face and voice.
The company won Seedstars Kingston and represented Jamaica at the Seedstars Summit in Switzerland. Case studies include work with Jamaican e-commerce brand GiftMe Jamaica. Samelogic is used by SaaS and product teams both in Jamaica and internationally, so it is tagged jamaican_built though its customer base is global.
