What it does

NCB Mobile is National Commercial Bank Jamaica's official banking app, letting customers view savings, chequing, loan, deposit and investment accounts, transfer funds between own accounts or to third-party NCB and non-NCB accounts, pay bills including credit cards, and check JMD/foreign exchange conversion rates.

The app supports Face ID/Touch ID login and times sessions out after 5 minutes of inactivity for security. It is distinct from Lynk, NCB's separate standalone digital wallet product.
