BLOOM by JN Fund Managers

BLOOM is the electronic public offer platform of JN Fund Managers Limited, the investment management arm of the Jamaica National group. An applicant registers with an email address, confirms the account by email, then completes and submits application forms for initial public offers, additional public offers, rights issues and private placements from a browser on any device. Applying does not require being an existing JN Fund Managers client, and the platform itself carries no usage fee.

The application collects a taxpayer registration number, a JCSD account number, government issued identification, signatures and payment and dividend instructions. Funding options published for an application include real time gross settlement, wire transfer and manager's cheque, and applicants can sign either electronically in the platform or physically. Status changes are pushed to a dashboard and by email.
