What it does
The MoEYI Digital Library is Jamaica's Ministry of Education collection hosted on the BookFusion reading platform, linked from the ministry's own site as one of its eResources. At the time of review it held around 91 titles, free to readers, filterable by category and language.
Categories include children's books, literature and fiction, foundation literacy resources, test preparation, history, biographies, science and mathematics, and education and teaching. Titles are grouped into curated collections including the LMW Interactive Series, the Doctor Bird Reading Series, accessible digital textbooks, and PEP practice books, spanning early childhood through secondary level.
Books can be read in a browser or in the BookFusion mobile reader with a free account, which also supports highlights, notes and search within a title. Dedicated MoEY eResources apps were previously published on the App Store and Google Play but both listings returned 404 during this review, so only the web library is listed as a live platform. Regional publishers behind the wider platform include UWI Press, Carlong Publishers and Oxford University Press.
