Aeorion Student Management System is a web based student information system built by Aeorion Software Solutions, a company based on the Northern Caribbean University campus on Manchester Road in Mandeville. Each client institution runs its own branded instance on a subdomain, for example aeorion.ucc.edu.jm for the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, aeorion.ecc.edu.jm for Excelsior Community College and srs.cmu.edu.jm for Caribbean Maritime University.
The login page identifies the product as the Aeorion Student Management System and carries an Aeorion ID sign in, account activation, password recovery, a link to institutional email and a third party payment option. Instances handle course registration, grade reporting, fee accounts and online applications, with the application module served from paths such as /Apply/apps/default.aspx on the same host.
Institutions confirmed using it during this review include the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, Excelsior Community College, Caribbean Maritime University, The Mico University College and Northern Caribbean University. The vendor also documents human resource, learning management, health records and bonded warehouse products on the same platform. The vendor's own domain, aeorion.com, sits behind a bot challenge and could not be read directly during this review, so the product was verified from live institutional instances instead.
