What it does
The Mico University College is Jamaica's oldest teacher training institution, based in Kingston and carrying the line shaping educators and transforming Jamaica. Its current site is a React single page application that ships a web app manifest with a standalone display mode and its own icon, so it installs as a progressive web app rather than being a plain static site.
Student records, registration, grades and fee accounts run on an Aeorion Student Management System instance at aeorion.themico.edu.jm, which responded during this review.
The institution is a registered tertiary provider under the Jamaica Tertiary Education Commission and its programmes are accredited through the University Council of Jamaica.
