Payments are held by the platform rather than passing straight to the provider. The customer is charged at booking, the provider uploads completion photographs with notes, the customer has a 24 hour window to review and approve, and the provider is paid to a bank account or NCB Lynk within three business days. Providers have identity and trade certifications checked before they are listed, reviews are tied to completed bookings, and the site states it is compliant with the Data Protection Act 2020.

Providers move through commission tiers. A newly verified provider starts as a Rising Pro on 4 percent, progresses to Established Pro at 10 or more jobs with a rating threshold, and can reach Elite Pro where commission falls to 3 percent, assessed quarterly on performance rather than by application. At time of research the site reported 16 or more verified providers and 15 or more completed jobs, so the marketplace is live but early.
