What it does
Kingston Wharves eServices is the client portal of Kingston Wharves Limited, the multipurpose terminal operator on Kingston Harbour. Clients sign in with an email address and a one time passcode to view and manage their shipments, settle charges and book appointments to collect cargo.
The portal includes the Click N Collect service, which lets customers clearing pallets, boxes and barrels sent by sea pay agent fees, customs charges and terminal charges through a single payment window, and schedule a pickup time rather than waiting at the wharf. The portal was launched in 2021 as a contactless route to cargo clearance.
