What it does
JTrader PRO is the Jamaica Stock Exchange's online trading application, reached at jtraderpro.jamstockex.com. An investor places orders through the platform rather than telephoning a wealth adviser, using an account opened with one of the participating brokers. The login page carries a new user registration route plus forgotten username, forgotten password and unlock account recovery options.
The broker logos shown on the login page are Barita, CUMAX, FHCIL, GK Capital, JN Fund Managers, Mayberry Investments, NCB Capital Markets, Proven Brokers, Sagicor Investments and Wealth, so the platform is shared across most of the Jamaican brokerage industry rather than tied to one firm.
The platform publishes how to videos, frequently asked questions and policy documents covering privacy, risk management, operating guidelines and terms and conditions. The exchange's JSE Mobile app links through to JTrader PRO and to the JCSD portal.
