What it does
Doc4, built by Foresythe Informatics LLC (the same team behind the patient-facing NearCare app), is an electronic medical records and practice-management platform for Jamaican healthcare providers. It covers appointment scheduling, e-prescriptions integrated with Jamaica's National Health Fund (NHF) database, e-referrals between specialists, specialty-specific clinical documentation and scoring tools across 20+ specialties, billing, inventory and analytics.
A notable feature is "Doctate," a voice-to-note dictation tool that supports Jamaican Patois/Creole alongside standard English. The site markets the platform across iOS, Android, web and desktop, but only the iOS app ("Doc4 Health", published by Foresythe Informatics LLC) could be confirmed live on a store during this review; no matching Android listing was found on Google Play, so android has been removed from platforms pending confirmation.
