Airmid Jamaica is the patient facing companion app for Jamaican health facilities running TPP's SystmOne electronic patient record. It was published on the Jamaica App Store in November 2023 by The Phoenix Partnership (Leeds) Ltd, the supplier behind the SystmOne Jamaica deployment.
The app lets a patient coordinate care across the providers holding their shared care record: booking and managing appointments with reminders, requesting repeat medication, joining video consultations with a clinician, completing questionnaires and viewing their own medical record. A separate training build, Airmid Jamaica Training, is published for organisations to trial the patient experience against the SystmOne Jamaica training environment.
