What it does
RECS lets real estate agents, landlords and property managers list houses, apartments and land for sale or rent directly from their phone, giving each listing its own shareable URL and profile page. Buyers, renters and investors can search listings on an interactive map across Jamaica and the wider CARICOM region.
The app's App Store listing is filed under Jamaica (apps.apple.com/jm) and its marketing describes it as covering "homes for sale in Jamaica," making it a Jamaica-focused listing tool with regional Caribbean reach. It is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
