What it does
The REALTORS Association of Jamaica (RAJ), founded in 1966 and affiliated with the US National Association of REALTORS, runs Jamaica's Multiple Listing Service, the shared database its roughly 2,290 member realtors and affiliates use to list and search properties, with listings also syndicated to realtor.com internationally.
The public-facing site itself is mainly an organizational hub: a visitor can search the member directory to find a licensed realtor, read membership and continuing-education information, and browse market news (RAJ reported roughly J$100 billion in property sales for 2025), but full MLS listing search is a members-only benefit rather than a public feature. Confidence is medium because the extent of what an unauthenticated visitor can browse could not be fully confirmed beyond the member directory.
