What it does
MyDigicel is Digicel's self-care app for managing Digicel mobile and Digicel Play accounts in Jamaica: checking balances, activating plans and subscriptions, topping up online, paying postpaid and Play bills, sending credit to others, buying plans for family and friends, and monitoring data usage in real time, plus a "Shake to Win" prize feature.
Digicel operates across the Caribbean and Central America with Jamaica among its largest markets; the Jamaica edition of the app is configured for local billing and local promotions (data charges apply for downloading, as Digicel notes the app stores are non-Digicel sites).
