My Flow (My Flow Self Care) is Flow Jamaica's account-management app for prepaid and postpaid mobile, cable TV and broadband customers: monitoring usage and balances, viewing and paying bills, troubleshooting and resetting home internet modems remotely, managing Wi-Fi settings and running speed tests, in-app sales/support chat, and browsing personalized offers.
Flow operates in Jamaica as Cable & Wireless Jamaica, part of the regional Flow brand under Liberty Latin America; the app is configured for Jamaican billing and plans though the underlying brand and company are not Jamaica-founded.
