Keez

Keez, launched in 2018 by Jamaican tech start-up SiFi Studios Jamaica Limited, is a property-search app for Jamaican real estate (for sale and for rent) that lets agents list properties with video walk-throughs and high-resolution photos. When a prospective buyer clicks a listing, both Keez and the listing agent are notified of the lead.

Keez's business model is success-based: it is only paid when an agent closes a sale, splitting the commission roughly 70% to the agent and 30% to Keez. The Google Play listing (com.getkeez.app) is no longer available, and there is no App Store listing either, so this entry covers the web platform (getkeez.com).
