JMJobsListings is a Jamaican employment platform with separate sides for job seekers and employers. A job seeker creates a candidate profile through candidate registration and manages it from a candidate dashboard. An employer creates a company profile, publishes vacancies and manages them from an employer dashboard. A job search page and a post a job flow sit on the front end.

The site also runs a talent directory, which inverts the usual job board model by letting employers browse candidate profiles rather than only receiving applications. At time of research the directory carried a small number of published profiles, including a senior administrator listing skills in office administration, executive support and correspondence.

At time of research the jobs listing returned no results, so the platform is functioning but not yet carrying live vacancies. The site credits its build to NarainesWebDesigns.com, and the operating company is not otherwise described, so confidence is medium.
