Jamaica Real Estate, internally called "Parish," is a property search built around how Jamaicans actually think about location: the homepage is a bespoke interactive map of the island's 14 parishes, and tapping a parish is how a search starts rather than typing into a blank box. From there a buyer or renter filters by property type, price, bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether they are buying or renting.

Listings are aggregated from property sites rather than posted by individual users, so each property page links to the original agent or seller to make contact, with a fallback inquiry form when there is no source link. There is an agents directory, saved favourites behind sign-in, and it installs like an app. As of the case study the catalogue held more than 8,000 property listings.

Jamaica Real Estate runs on the exact same stack, database, listings table and authentication as its sibling CarShop, sharing infrastructure but deliberately given its own visual identity rather than a recolour of the car app. Like CarShop, it aggregates listings from other sources and has no in-app messaging inbox; contact happens with the original agent or seller.
