JAMPROP Property Sales Data

JAMPROP is the National Land Agency's property sales data service. It holds records of registered property transfers and lets subscribers search them by parish, valuation number, title reference, consideration amount, registration date, street name and land use classification. Results can be read as tabular search output or viewed on a map covering the island's parishes.

The service reports sum, minimum and maximum figures across selected periods, and allows searching either a single period or several periods at once. Access is sold by subscription, with a six month plan and a twelve month plan listed on the site, both including map access and parish level data.

JAMPROP is one of several online systems the National Land Agency runs alongside eLandJamaica, its document tracking facility and its surveyor registers.
