Jamaica Outage Tracker

Jamaica Outage Tracker is a web dashboard that consolidates service disruption reports for four providers, JPS for electricity, NWC for water, and Digicel and Flow for mobile and internet, across all 14 parishes. It shows an interactive national map that can be filtered by provider, a list of active incidents with timestamps, parish tags and severity levels, and pages for historical incidents and 90 day analytics.

The site describes itself as community run and unofficial, and says it draws on public notices from the four providers together with reports submitted by visitors. It carries a report an outage form and a my reports area for contributors. No operator or company is named beyond the JA Outage Tracker footer credit, which is why confidence is recorded as medium.
