HRMAJ

The Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica is the professional body for HR practitioners in Jamaica, based at 39 Hope Road in Kingston. Its site carries a member sign in, membership information and joining route, and sections on the association's committees and code of ethics. Membership is offered at student, associate, general and honorary levels, and covers HR practitioners, management consultants, teachers, project leaders and business advisors from the public, private and non governmental sectors.

The site holds practical resources for HR work, including policy and document templates, a section on Jamaican labour laws, surveys, an archive, publications and the HR Post. Media output includes news, HRMAJ TV and a blog, and events such as the annual conference, professional development seminars and Human Resource Practitioner Day and HRM Week are published with member pricing.

The association has introduced a National Registry of HR Professionals alongside a revised code of ethics, and the site publishes a question and answer page explaining the registry. The registry pages did not expose a public searchable listing at time of research, so the register itself sits behind the membership relationship rather than being open to the public, and confidence is recorded as medium for that reason.
