What it does
eZone is a Kingston-based shipping and online-shopping company. Members get a personal US and Canada mailing address (eZhub), let online retailers deliver there, and eZone consolidates and ships the packages on to Jamaica, clearing customs on the way. A companion eZshopper service lets members buy from US stores without a US-issued credit card.
Members track shipments and manage their account through a web dashboard (eZ Dashboard) or the eZone mobile app, with a separate eZshopper app for the shopping-proxy service. eZone also operates in Trinidad and Tobago under the same brand. The company excludes hazardous materials, firearms, perishables and a few other restricted categories from shipping.
